Material (6-8 yr.) - Verybest Crepe,
- 3 folds No. 100 White;
- 1 pc. each 1/2" silver tinsel, 1/2" white satin Gift Tying Ribbon;
- 1 sheet silver Mat Stock;
- 1 pkg. No. 5 silver Gummed Stars;
- 2 pcs. No.7 Flower Wire;
- 1 spool No. 1. Flower Wire;
- 1 roll clear Cellophane;
- glue;
- hat elastic;
- muslin slip.

Make darts at waist of the slip for snug fit. Stitch 2 widths of crepe paper together* and cut a 24" to 30" circle for skirt length required.
Slit circle from edge to center. Cut out circle for waist size, then cut pie-shaped piece from each straight edge, Fig. A.
Cut 3" wide strips of crepe paper into. scallops . on one edge,* Fig. B. Gather on the sewing machine and stitch to circular foundation, the first on the outer edge and the others overlapping enough to cover the stitching, the last row 2" from inside edge, Fig. C. Stitch skirt to slip.

Make a plain blouse* of crushed crepe. Sew ruffles like those on the skirt in armholes and finish around neck with silver ribbon. Stick silver stars here and there on blouse and skirt.
Cut crown from silver mat stock, Fig. D. Add silver star at point. Insert hat elastic at ends.
